Chico (1)Chico began a non eating and drinking spell, the vet couldn't find anything wrong and what could be seen of his teeth was fine. She advised a return visit if necessary later as, in order to see all his teeth properly, he required "to be knocked out". The lack of food and water intake continued to worry so we returned before expected and left him for the day. I was very worried about the effects of the anaesthetic. However he was returned later in the afternoon with a clean bill of health, as fresh as a daisy and he settled into his usual routine (including eating and drinking!!) straight away. The only tentative suggestion was that he might have been disturbed by his female neighbours in season, (but he hasn't been before or since - just lustful). This was in the UK See Chico (1) - concussion.
